Woman needs Help Civic Misfires

Ok I have a 94 civic dx 1.5 and have been having problems with misfiring. I havent been able to drive my car in over a month and its driving up the wall. Ok so here is the scoop. I replaced the distributor, plugs, wires, and the car continues to misfire. When your driving it down the road and you give a medium to heavy load on the engine it begins to misfire and tries to die. At an sit still it cuts out and tries to die. I need help!! anyone got any suggestions. Ohh and today when I started the car to replace the Map sensor the speedometer was acting as if it were the tack... I dont get it can someone please help?

1) Is your Check Engine Light ON?

2) Regarding the unusual behavior of the speedometer, check whether fuse #15 in the under-dash fuse/relay box is blown. If fuse is fine, then the wire harness from the VSS sensor may be damaged and shorting out by the intake manifold:

3) Regarding the misfiring and rough idle, the troubleshooting chart in the picture suggests that you should check the fuel injectors and fuel pressure regulator, or possibly consider that you got some bad fuel. Another possibility is a faulty EGR system (Dl521 engine only).

Was there a lot of oil on your spark plugs? If so, you may need to replace the valve cover gasket seals around the spark plug holes.

You sure you got all the plugs right when you changed the distributor cap?
Could be as simple as misplacing a few of those, that would cause a problem in the firing order and could make it misfire and try to quit with medium/heavy loads.
