Yea there's no VTEC solenoid so it's a Y7. I'm assuming the block is a Y7... it most likely is though.

I think FRZ has a lot of work to do to get everything in order under the hood. By the look of things, there may also be some surprises awaiting him.

If I had to guess, I'd say that car has almost definitely been boosted, then blew a motor, then had a y7 swapped in.
Check out the ECU, figure out which one you have. Also, crack it open and see if its been chipped. If it has, it will look like this..

If you see that chip, I would get into contact with the seller and figure out who/where it was tuned.
IMO, I'd resell that thing ASAP, and never look back.

Reason I say that, is because turbo charging a Honda is the #2 reason most people pull their A/C stuff. Need the space to work in most turbo setups.
#1 reason, of course, is that ricers are stupid and they think it reduces a crazy amount of weight an produces and extra eleventybillion horsepower
