Default 1999 Ex Coupe Clutch

What's a good clutch. My clutch eventually died on me the last few weeks. I just need one to drive. Are the one from advanceautoparts good?

Need help ASAP. Thanks.

I'd go OEM if your looking for simple daily drive-ability, but it depends on what kind of budget your on. How do you know that the clutch is bad? It could be you might have a leak in the slave cylinder and have air in the system. How does the pedal feel?

Currently on a tight budget right now, but could at least get something decent. I went messing around in the snow one day, and the clutch probably died there. My clutch was low before that event, you can shift without stepping on clutch. Called one of my buddy to check, he said your clutch is a goner. I now know what burned out clutch smells like. Where can you get the OEM clutch? Estimated price? I'm talking about the whole set thingy. Sorry, I'm a newb. Only had my car for almost 2 years now. Thanks for replying.

This would prolly be your best bet, Exedy makes a good clutch. This one will have the OEM holding specs and clamping pressure so your pedal will feel the same as it was stock. Nice and cheap too. Does the pedal go to the floor with little or no effert and does it return to it's original location? (Come back up to you?)

Also be sure to either buy a new flywheel or have your old one machined/Turned.

Yeah the pedal goes all the way down to the floor, with little effort I assume. I feels the same way when it was still working. Yes it returns to the original location. That link looks nice. Complete stuff I need to change my clutch right?

No idea what a flyweel is but. What would you recommend? A good decent brand, good working one. Is it necessary to buy one?

It's not 100% necessary but unless you want the new clutch to slip, not have the grabbing power that it should and not get the same clutch life that you would than I'd reccomend replacing it. Here is a vid explaining how it works.

And here is the WHOLE kit, All you will need. Flywheel and all. A little more money, but it's good quality and saves you time and hassle.
