I had to take out the battery on my car recently, When I got everything up and running again I saw a problem with the radio. It won't do anything at all and the word "code" is displayed. What should I do. It is a factory radio btw.

 

Try taking out the battery and then reinserting it. Switch off the radio while doing so and then turn it on. Also if it doesn't helps, refer to manuals, it must have something related to the word 'code' you mentioned up here.

 

disconnecting the battery wont help thats what caused the issue. its a security feature so if i steal your radio i can't use it without the code. the code mite be written down in your manual if you still have it otherwise you have to remove the radio and look for a serial number then bring the number with proof of ownership to a honda dealer and they will give you the code. you can also try this https://radio-navicode.Honda.com/
