Default burning oil

I have a 1991 integra LS motor. I'm burning a lot of oil but the head was done. I have no oil leak and oil is starting to appear in the resevoir where the anti-freeze is. What is the problem?? Can the motor be bad? getting old? please let me know. thanks

check your valves too. you might have a bad valve seat or a mushroomed valve.

It might be that your piston rings are worn
