Received the 2013 update for system and the activation code will not work. Called Honda and they said "Corporate" was working on it. Apparently, all USB updates will not work. Anyone else have this problem?

 

Honda finally called to give me a new activation code that does work. Update loaded fine.

 

Having had a 2008 and 2010 civics exl with nav I was very happy with the system. I bought the 2013 civic sedan exl with nav and discovered it is a nightmare. The street names are not given, nor which side of the road the destination is on. A real danger. In addition the instructions of how to get to a destination can be so convoluted at times I am forced to use my cell.
I never had a problem with the earlier versions. The 2013 is downright dangerous.
If this is the way it will be, this will be my last Honda.
