2012 Coupe Undercarriage Damage Help - Please Review Picture

My friend is about 10 hours away from me and damaged the undercarriage of her car this morning. She isn't sure what she hit. This is the pic that she sent me - i'm not familiar with these cars so can anyone help me identify what is damaged in this picture? Thanks!

it looks like the engine plate cover 12 bucks here #2 or #1 if the whole assembly needs replacement which it looks like it does Honda Automotive Parts
