need some advice on parts and where to take my latest project recently aquired in a trade the above mentioned civic i am no stranger to a shop nor am i afraid to fabricate somewhat if i have too, i know the basics of power increases, get it breathin both intake and exhaust side, what are some good brands, who makes reputable stuff, the exhaust will be totally redone from the header back with the majority of the piping ran by myself...the intake thats on it is an aem short ram so ill prolly leave it, but what about things like ignition, wires, plugs, cap, and what not, what about suspension, do any of you guys have a particular setup you like better, coil-overs vs lowering springs, what types of shocks? what would be a good high flowing muffler to put on it, there will be no cat as i live in an emmissions free state...give me some tips guys i d appreciate it...

 

well for exhaust i would haveto say the greddy evo 2 sounds the best but thats cat-back and for a header i would say dc or greddy again. suspension ive heard good things bout like tein springs with kyb struts but im not in the whole suspension set-up someone might know more bout that then i do. plugs n wires i would do 8.5 wires with ngk iridiums. for a cap you could do msd with an external coil.
