I got the car and down loaded the manual. Now to show my ignorance again, what year and trim level civic is comparable to my 95 Del Sol Si? I'm looking for the D15b motor and LSD tranny you suggested and now I find that there are several series of the D15b and not very many LSD tranny's. I found one D15b with a LSD tranny on ebay for $950, is that a fair price? Today I found a B18a1 integra motor for $400, would that be an option (maybe easier to find the LSD for that motor)?

The 92-95 Civic Si is comparable to the 95 Civic Si, with the exception that the Del Sol Si doesn't have power locks, and the Civic Si does. (This may not be true though, because I have the first year of Del Sol, and power locks may have been standard on the Si in following years).
The reason I say it's more comparable to the 92-95 Civic Si instead of Civic EX is because Civic Si has rear disc brakes but the EX doesn't, and the Del Sol Si has rear disc brakes. Also, I believe the suspension is stiffer than the EX, and is also stiffer on the Del Sol Si.
$950 for any D-series engine is pretty high. If I were you I would just ditch the LSD idea and get a D15B without LSD, or go with that B-series that you found. (The B-series has more power, but is a more difficult swap (not really that difficult though).
The thing about the D15B though is you can use the same ECU, mounts, transmission, axles, etc. when you do the swap; therefore, making it a much more simple swap.

92-95 Civic Si is the same as 95 Del Sol Si and would be under the EG swap forum? The B18a1 is a DOHC intregra motor, non Vtec. Does $400 sound reasonable and if so, what differences part wise and install would it be from the D15b? Oh yeah, and thanks for the quick reply, man you are on it!

Well, the Del Sol Si and Civic Si is not the same, but most of the drivetrain parts are identical. They even use the same motor and transmission (except I think the Civic Si has an LSD, not 100% sure about this). The suspension is also pretty much exactly the same. I know that the Civic and Del Sol have different part numbers for springs and shocks, but i'm using shocks and springs from my old Civic because I bought H&R Springs and KYB shocks, and they work just fine on the Del Sol and they don't seem like they shouldn't be on there.
The Del Sol Si is basically a 92-95 Civic Si with a different interior and exterior visual design.
$400 is a great deal for that motor.
Does it include the transmission, axles, and ECU?
I know besides the above mentioned parts you will need motor mounts for it, and i'm not sure about other parts.
You'll have to make sure the transmission has a hydraulic clutch (if it's a manual) unless you don't mind doing the conversion to a cable clutch.

yes, they all use the same body parts/interior parts, with the exception of different colored door panels and rear interior trim panels between early and later years. I believe that all early years had grey and black interior trim, and then later on it was switched to only black (with the exception of possibly the headliner and A/B pillar interior trim pieces).
Make sure if you get a targa top that's from a 93 or 94 that you use the window seals from your current targa top on it. They are easy to change out.
The 93 seals were recalled due to poor design that allowed for easy leakage. They were redesigned in 94 so all seals 94+ are the redesigned version, i think. If not, then it's all 95+ seals that are the new design.
