Hi, I am wondering if the 1993 honda civic lxi has a stearing wheel air bag?

thanks so how do I go about taking wheel off to ft new hub and aftermarket steerng wheel? thaks

Well since it doesn't have an airbag I am not too familiar with how it is disassembled. All of our Civics in the United States come with airbags... well except for the reallllly old ones.

The front cover must come off somehow, and underneath that is the nut holding the steering wheel on. Look around at the wheel and see if you can figure out how the front cover comes off.

I know in the US, they started putting air bags in 1992.

But the only Lxi i know of is the Accord.
