car doesnt look to be in bad shape but i hate to drive 4hrs to pick it up

 

Eh, its probably just me, but I wouldn't buy a car on ebay. I would much rather be able to take a test drive, look it over, then go home and get on the phone with my insurance agent to chat about cost of coverage, etc. THEN decide to buy.

Matter fact....Those don't even look like 13 inch rims to me. There would be more space in the wheel wells.
My suggestion...Just look on craigslist if you're looking for another civic..at least they're be local enough for you to look at it & test drive without driving some 200 miles.
