you can and then just get a obd2a to obd1 conversion harness for the ecu, the only problem is i believe the trans he has is cable and were yours is hydrolic so you will need to find a hydro trans.

B17A1

  • VTEC
  • Found in:
    • 1992-1993 Integra GS-R (DB25)
      • Displacement: 1,678 cc (102.4 cu in)
      • Bore: 81 mm (3.189 in)
      • Stroke: 81.4 mm (3.205 in)
      • Rod/Stroke Ratio: 1.63
      • Rod Length: 132.28 mm (5.208 in)
      • Compression: 9.7:1
      • Power: 160 hp (120 kW) @ 7600 rpm & 118 ft·lbf (159 N·m) @ 7000 rpm
      • Came equipped with the YS1 cable trans, which was different than other cable B-series transmissions as it has a different input shaft.

You can actually buy them for a very hefty price @ topendmotorsports.com i doubt you wanna pay that much for them though! I was looking for tuning info and came across it by accident!

dont work like that , unless you can cut, weld, and modify and rewire and rig.
also its an inspection problem because its an older motor than your car.

i say just make it easy if you want to swap to a b" and get one from an obd2 integra it will be all plug n play

I agree...unless u got a lot of time and a budy at a shop stick with the obd2 integra "mods" (for lack of a better word) to swap into it...just keep an eye out for a wrecked one on craigslist or something or just for the motor at the same place.

Realize that it would not be street-legal in California. You can't swap an older engine into a newer car. You can't convert from OBDII to OBD1.
