Bumpy civic need some help

how is it going everyone i got a little problem just getting annoying i have a honda civic 01 LX 4dr sedan and my ride if far to bumpy can any of u suggest some ideas on how i can take care of that even i go over a small bump my car just jumps the whole system on my trunk just goes up and down can i change springs or anything that might help thanx

to me it sounds lyk ur springs r bad...which is odd cause my cars 3 years older and i have no problem eith thm. im no expert on shocks and all tht stuff though.

just get some lowering springs and some adjustible shocks...

ok well as for the springs i can get the Eibach 1" lowering springs but wah about the shocks what brand shocks are recommended?

1" lower springs will be perfect and hold you over nicely, usualy struts are what controll the rebounce and how slow or fast the car reacts. check the silver shafts and see if anything is leaking on the shafts of the struts
