Is the LED on the ECU under the front passenger carpet blinking a trouble code?

Do you have battery voltage at the fuel injector connectors with the key in ON(II)?

Did you disconnect any engine or sensor wires to remove the compressor?

the ecu blinks 16 time when im on II but i didnt check the volts on the injectors yet

Code 16 indicates a problem with the main relay or fuel injector circuit. Here's how to troubleshoot:

it starts when i spray starter fluid in the intake but dies shortly after and im currently doing your trouble shooting idea but i was wondering if maybe it could be somthing differnet

Though your fuel pump primes, the information that you posted strongly suggests that fuel is not making it into the cylinders. In addition, the ECU is throwing a fuel injector/main relay code. These collective observations are compelling in suggesting that you should do the troubleshooting in the diagrams. Do you have a multimeter? Start by measuring the resistance at the injector and the voltage at the injector clips. Post those results when you have them.

im not gettin power to the red terminal on the main injector

It's important to do the tests in order. Did you have battery voltage for 2 seconds at the YEL/BLK wire of each injector connector? Was the resistance of each injector at spec?

one was 1.6 and the other was 7 but i did not have voltage for two seconds it was constant
