if i were to purchace an f20c and wanted to drop it into my civic would it be possible?

you would have to make it rwd. it would take lots and lots and lots of money.

anything is possible with enough money. but basicaly a whole new front and rear suspension, steering, and brake system, lots of cuting and welding of the firewall, and floor. custom motor mounts. not to mention a donor car for all the parts you would need, like a wrecked s2000 so you could have anything you needed which would be a lot.

If your gonna do that you might as well make it AWD... Get a CRV AWD drivetrain and use that. My next project car will be sporting the AWD system from a CRV.

wouldnt it have to be automatic? and how would that work exactly? i need to know kinda quick cause i can get this f20c with 30,000 miles on it right now for 3,500

i have seen a crv awd conversion, and it still required a lot of fabrication but it handled awsome

I've actually done an F20 into an EF hatch (with my Dad). It costs a sinful amount of money (the tab for labor and NON-engine parts was over $15k).

couldn't you keep it a FWD by using the tranny from a F22 powered Prelude?? same series block so in theory you would be able to use the tranny...
