car starting help
 
when i let my car sit for a few days it has trouble starting but when it starts its fine runs very good.:confused:

Ya... does the engine hesitate to turn over? like is it sluggish? if so then its your batt, run a Load Tester on it to see if its any good, if thats not the issue, what do you mean by it not liking to start? could you describe it?

i did not do anything yet but like when i turn the key it will crank and crank then it will start some times it will start fast and some times it wont and when its warmed up it starts fine. i dont run the car much. thanks for your help. everyone

Try priming the fuel system first by clicking the key on for 2 seconds then back off, repeat that two or three times, then finally turn it all the way to crank. If it starts easier then there is a check valve in the fuel pump to keep the gas from all running out of the lines when the car is parked for a while and sometimes it goes bad.

i was in my car today and i did what you said and it worked but this thing beeps 5 times then it stops after it stop i tried starting the car and it started right up i think its made to do that i dont now thanks for all your help everyone
