catback exaust or new headlights
 

i have a 99 honda civic ex and just got a cold air intake today...idk if my next purchase should be a catback exaust or new headlights...what are some opinions??

Unless you can find some magic headlights that improve performance, I would go with a catback, or some sort of exhaust.
