Cigarette Lighter lose - front dash

My Cigarette ligter on '98 EX is lose (came out from it's mooring). So now you have to screw it back in. Also, a bulb that lights climate control went out - can't see it at night.. Anyone know if there's an easy way of doing that without taking off the entire front dash? I don't see a way around that.. A design spec or a diagram of where the screws are would really help.

u have to take off the dash.
look under the dash (by the cupholders). There should
be 2 screws. Take them off.
