Civic back into commission after a year's rest.

Well, Thursday marks the day that I'll be able to bring my beloved car back to the road (2001 Civic EX...nothing changed internally besides adding a cold air intake). My license just went through a year suspension for reasons that will remain undisclosed, however the time has finally come :)

While this is partially a celebration thread, my main intent in posting this was to ask for maintenance tips. Since it's been sitting for a year, I assume I'll need a new oil filter and an oil change. Beyond that, I'm helpless so would love some pointers as to what needs to be done. I've started her up and let her run for about 20 minutes every couple of weeks or so over the past year if that changes anything.

Is a complete engine flush in order? I just don't want to be ripped off at Pep Boys or whathaveyou. Thanks!
