Default Clunk when starting

I have a 2003 Honda Civic four-door sedan with approximately 205000 miles. As I am turning the ignition key and the car is just starting/turning over for the first time there is a clunk. It is not loud. There is no problem starting or shifting. I do not believe that it is a motor mount problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Dave

I wouldn't be so quick to rule out the motor mounts. Most of the time you can't see how bad a motor mount is until you take it out of the car and it falls apart in your hands. Have someone else try and start it while you keep an eye on the engine and see how much it moves. You should be able to hear this clunk better from here as well.
