Default Confused about running lights fuse

I have a 1995 Honda Civic and I looked up a fuse chart and it shows a 10Amp fuse for running lights and a 7.5Amp for the relay. The thing is there has never been fuses there since I bought the car and the headlights work fine. Do I for sure need those fuses for my car or is it possible that those fuses need to be there only for earlier models?

This is goin to sound retarded but the running lights are the yellow ones right? or in my case white lights on the side that blink with the blinker?
