I searched and found out aD16Z6 intake manifold will fit onto aD15B7 head. I don't really want to do a mini-me right now, and I can get a d16z6 intake manifold pretty cheap. I want to do something to my car to add a little more power now, and I plan on doing a mini-me swap later.

How much power do you guys think just theD16Z6 manifold on the D15B7 head will add?

The throttle body is the same size? andI can just use my current throttle body on it, right?

Injectors are same size too, correct? Can I use the fuel rail from my D15B7?

Does it have the same sensors?


Does a D16Y8 intake manifold have the same sensors, throttle body, fuel rail, and injectors? Would putting a D16Y8 intake manifold on be any harder than putting on a D16Z6 intake manifold? How much more gain would I see with a D16Y8 intake manifold than a D16Z6 intake manifold?
