Default DC 4-2-1 header...

Hey....I just got a new exhaust on my 96 Civic HX...Someone told me it woul give better performance..I dunno know if just the sound...but yeah they said if I got a header....So I was looking at the DC Racing 4-2-1 header. Is a two piece an I think its selling for about 350...So does anyone have any experience with this brand or know of any other I should try before investing my money on this header?.....oh yeah! also...does anyone use those expensive racing brake pads? Are they worth the money?...

Megan header's are less expensive and work just as good. But it's all about preference. Go to the 'intake header exhaust' section and theres a thread that will give you all the info you need. Since your car isn't the EX or si model your cat converter is part of the manifold so there will be some fabricating required. Unless you get an EX exhaust, cat converter, and header, I think that would bolt up ok.

I just buy the ceramic brake pads down at auto zone that are a little more expensive than standard brake pads. Unless you have more than 180whp I wouldn't invest in anything else. If you do than slotted rotors would be a good investment.
