im sick of the way my car sounds. Im sick of the stock noise, i need an exhaust bad. my car only sounds good when im flooring it because of the intake. i hate the stock sound so much

whatever you do, don't get a cheap ebay catback or N1 style. you'll go insane from all the noise.

Yea, Well Im sick of the magnaflow exhaust I have. Its too loud. Im getting a regular muffler welded back on. I hate how my car sounds at 9200RPMS. Its like a weed-wacker.

 

jesus im sure any car is annoying at that high of rpms

 

when you dont have it you want it and when you have it you get sick out it

 

I Disagree. I think its just something that comes with age. I am 23 and dont want to be driving a car that sounds like a weedwacker. For kids I guess its cool, but driving this thing daily.......no thanks. Ill take the loss of 5 horsepower and have stock exhaust. Hell, Ill give up 15 hp to make this bitch quiet.

 

I love mine but on the other hand I am only 18

 

What makes it even more funny to have an exhaust is the people that get next to you in cars that arent even nice.... hear your loud exhaust and automatically think your gonna race... seen it way too many times. I laugh now..

 

Byers, you're not kidding man. I drove my friends 96 DX yesterday with a better than ebay fart can on it and stock intake and i loved it. It was subtle and wasn't loud at all and its such a nice change from my catback without res. It made me want to swich back to OEM exhaust again, but we'll see what i think once i get the resonator in.

Anyway BlackMetal, the grass is always greener on the other side, and you'll miss the stock sound once you've got the catback.
