factory keyless entry?
 

i don't know if my car has factory keyless entry system, i didn't get any remotes when i bought it! now crutchfield wants to know what wiring harness to send me, and i don't know what to tell them!! how can i find out without taking my dash apart?? any special letters or numbers in the vin#??

w/keyless entry:

Mine came with the keyless entry and it had a litle red led under the steering wheel on the left side. Maybe thats a good way of finding out?

i don't have one of those... i hope it don't have the entry system! this harness is gonna cost me an extra $10 if it does! lol thanks alot!

If it is an ex, then it should have it.

do i have to get the wiring harness w/keyless entry? or can i just get the one w/o the entry system since installing a aftermarket cd player will disable the entry systemanyways???

that should be what the harness if for... i have heard that after a head unit install your dome light wont work, but i got my stuff from crutchfield and mine still does...also my friend has had 2 ex accords both with aftermarket head units (he installed using stuff from crutchfield) and both of his cars kept their factory keyless entry system's (i dont think he could open his door if he didnt have his remote:D)
