Default Fuel Filter change,quick question

Im planning to do a fuel filter change soon, I looked up how to do it, but I have a stupid question, before I take out the filter it says to relieve pressure in the system buy opening up one of the bolts on the filter system and taking off the gas cap. After the new filter goes in, I dont have to repressurize anything right? Just bolt it back up and go?

Thanks.

right. when you turn the ignition to the "ON" position (not running) and you hear a little whine for a second or two, thats the fuel pump pressurizing the system. thats also when you double check the filter for a leak before you start it

Right. It will just take a few extra seconds to start it first time.
