damn, black, I feel sorry for you. 400 miles a week. I don't even want to add up how much that costs ya. But you're right though, it'd be much worse in your old Buick.

i used to drive 500 miles a week a few years ago when i had my jeep grand che. that sucked ***. i was fillin up every 2 days. but the good thing was i got paid 36.5 cents a mile for work so i was makin like $1000 a month in reimbusement checks. the worst part was it just racked up the miles on the jeep. when i bought it in 99 and it was a 93 it had 30000 miles. when i traded for the stang in 02 it had 150000. that sucked *** i loved that jeep

I used to have a '91 Chevy Blazer, so I know just how good/bad your mileage was in an SUV. There are some things I miss about having an SUV, but not enough to make me buy one again.

unfortinatley the old lady has a 4runner so that thing sucks on gas. we take that in the winter and the civic or the stang in summer now.

I wish I had it as good as you had it green98lxsedan with the reimbusment checks...I'm a graphic designer, so I have to drive to where those jobs are, in the city and stuff...I have 6,000 on my new SI and I dread putting on more...

do you work on contract? if so, you might be able to right off your miles driven on your taxes. it'snot much, but every little bit helps.

I'm not sure how many mpg I'm getting from my 2002 Civic EX but even with the $2.45 a gallon here, $22 last me a week. It's definitely much better than what I'm getting from my Prelude. With my Civic now, I don't drive it hard. It's a daily driven car but I drive it normal.
