This means the CEL works and the ECU is not detecting any sensor problems. This is good.

and about the battery it only doesn't start when its wet like if its raining very hard or if there is snow on my car. when i bought the car i checked the battery and it was fully charged.

Clean and tighten the battery terminals and the battery ground connection to the frame. Also check the safety starter switch at the top of the clutch pedal if you have a manual transmission.

You have a coolant leak. Try to pinpoint the source of the leak and post a picture. In the meantime, keep the coolant level in the radiator and reservoir topped off.

so i haven't been able to pinpoint the coolant leak but now my car won't even turn over when i try to start it and my radio won't come on when the key is turned to stage 2 so im pretty sure my battery is dead?

Yes. Your battery is most likely dead. Take the battery out and take it to a local auto parts store where they can check to see if its a faulty cell or something.

If the battery is dead you could have a parasitic power drain. If testing the battery shows a good but drained battery, try the steps in this link http://batterychargerstore.com/what-...tic-drain.html
