Good Deal???
A fellow new poster asked if he got a good deal, I would like to ask the same... Im new to the civic world-
1998 Civic Coupe EX 5 speed 133,000 miles, completely stock, new kumho tires, new paint job (fair) $3,000. How did I do? from looking at ebay and craigslist, I feel like I got a decent deal... checked the mileage already, getting 35.8 on the interstate and 27 around town... Ill try to post pics soon. |

HAS THE vehicle been in any accidents? check the front axle boots for tears or cracking, this is a relatively expensive fix if you are doing it at a shop and quite time consuming if you are going to do it yourself.
but if everything is clean i would say thats a heluva deal =D |
if everything checks out, great deal bro

As per Kbb.com
Excellent $4,030 Good $3,605 Fair $3,080 As Croninc says, if everything checks out fine, you got yourself a nice deal. +1 on white.. I have always had a thing for white Coupes |
I like the white too... seems like everyone I saw was red, nothing against red, just dont like to stand out that much. The car seems fine, since I bought it Sunday, Ive put close to 500 miles on it and no issues yet... I do need a new head liner and I ordered some seat covers from precisionfit.com. The interior isnt as clean as I would like, but new floor mats, steering wheel cover, head liner and seat covers will go a long way in making it look better. I bought it originally just to commute, but now I put my truck on craigslist, I think Im hooked
