Okay first off dont post twice. And second off anything thats OBD2. You can do OBD1 if you use a jumper harness. Oh and if you have to pass emissions then it has to be a 97 or NEWER

RE: gsr engine

i have a 95 GSR motor in my 97 ex. to pass inspection i purchased an OBD2P72 ECU and jumped 4 wires together at my ECU. my car passed emissions monday of this week (4-30) with flying colors. you just need to make sure the 2nd o2 sensor is installed on the cat.

If you buy an OBD1 motor you will need to do extensive wiring to make it work. as stated above, just buy an OBD2 motor thats 97 or newer.

Hey, i have a 94 GSR engine, and if you were interested in an OBD2, i could also get ahold of one of those, but they run a little more then obd1. Get ahold of me if your interested, and i can get you a price, that sort of thing. I deal with the engine, quite a bit really.
