gangster leaning is retarded and just as unsafe as the women who hold the bottom of the damn steering wheel only..

But Tony, what about shifting going through turns then you have no choice but to use one hand at some point in that turn...

Normal driving, I usually hold the wheel at around 9:30 & 2:30. Hand-over-hand (on a right turn, for example), I take my right hand to about 3:00, pick up with my left hand at about 12:30, take it to about 3:00 and repeat with opposite hands (everything's reversed for left turns). That's when I don't get lazy and palm the wheel.

And gangster leaning and having the seat reclined is retarded. The only thing keeping me from having my sport seats at full vertical is how aggressive the supports on the seat are. My thigh and kidney bolsters are about 1/4" from touching right now... that problem will be remedied with fixed-back seats

You should never be shifting during a turn. Find your gear on approach and let out the clutch before you enter the turn, then accelerate out.
