Let me start by saying, I don't know much about cars. Anyway, I'm looking to buy a civic. I was looking at this 00 civic si for 7g's. I'm gonna put money into the civic so my question is.. whats the difference in the later model civics (95-and below) and the 99-00 civics besides the vtec engine? Thinks its a better dicision to get an older civic for cheap and put a better engine in it or just go with the 00 si and upgrade from there? Sorry if this is confusing.. Help me out please.
