Default Higher Mileage 2002 Civic DX 5spd - Problems to Look For

I'm looking at a 2002 DX with a 5spd manual. It has 86k miles on it. What kind of issues should I be aware of? It will be a daily driver, so I need something fairly reliable.

The timing belt replacement is at 100k, correct? How long do clutches last in these cars on average? Anything else I need to be sure to check?

I've had two Hondas and had good luck, but they were lower mileage examples.

Thanks

Is the CEL ON? Does it work?

Any dash warning lights ON?

Does the transmission shift easily?

Any braking problems?

Are any fluids low?

Do you see any oil dripping under the engine?

Does it drive straight?

Do the heater and A/C work?

Do all the lights work?
