Hi, somewhere I read that there's a manual that has different motor specs and gear ratios for Honda but I don't remember what it was called, I want to say like Haules or something. I know its not haynes its a special one, but anyways does anyone know what I'm talking about? Thanks

 

There's the Haynes, then Chiltons, then there's the factory service manual. I would go for the factory service manual. It's pretty damn complete (and free!).

Go to www.hondatech.info and then go to the manuals section. Find the one for your Civic (96-00, I assume).

 

I am 99% sure the FSM has gear specs
