I was wonderin for my first car should i get a honda civic or a muscle car?
I want a car that will be fast and that would beat other people on the street

 

Takes work and/or money tomake a fast civic, but thats the whole funabout it. What kind of money are you working with here?

 

if you want it to be fast stock, then get the muscle car, or a newer civic Si. But I say you should get the civic and make it a beast.

 

I have about 3000-5000 dollars to spend

 

on the car itself? or on parts after you buy the car?

EDIT: nevermind, it's your first car, of course you don't have 3-5,000 bucks to spend on parts. lol

 

hmmm... well you might be able to get a 99-00 si with over 170,000 miles on it. I don't think you could get a muscle car for that kind of money, maybe an Iroc-z beat to hell. But a civic is a good platform to start with haveing 3-5 g's. Then over time saveing up for a b18c, h22, f20b, b16 swap. Do some reasearch,use good jusgementdon't go getting into an accident no matter what route you take.

you have money for a car, PLUS $3k-$5k? ......... Build and boost or swap, build and boost anyone? lol
