Hello everyone, I have a 2010 Civic with 124K miles. I had to replace the battery recently, which required entering a code to re-set the radio. However, this code is not working. Every time code is entered, it displays error 1, error 2, error 3 etc. I took my car to 2 different Honda dealerships, they have tried to enter the code with same results. I am told to leave the car and they will remove the radio to re-set the code. this could cost up to $ 500.00.
I am surprised, two Honda dealerships can not figure out why the radio displays error with code provided by Honda. Has anyone else ran into this or have any ideas? Thanks for your help!
