How much would u pay?

I have 99 civic ex its automatic with 87000 miles on it. It has a full Cervini's body kit, AEM cold air intake exhaust, strut bars front and back, headers, alpine stereo system with ipod hook up, 17'inch koing rims, amp and subwoofer, halo headlights, very clean.
So the question is if you were to buy this car how much would you pay cause im planning to sell this car and just wanted to see how much i can make from it?

The price of a car that had some mods are really hard to figure out the value. A lot of people rather hunt down a unmolested car than to buy one with some mods.

i would probably offer around $4000 to $5000 depending on condition. aftermarket doesn't bring up the value of a car a whole lot. it might just be better to part those out

need to see some pictures, but I'm guessing maybe like 4k no one is really into that stuff anymore, I would part it out. and revert to stock.

94civichatchback 03-07-2010 04:43 PM

i would offer 1200, cause i dont pay much for cars and civics are dirt cheap here, i paid 600$ for my 94 hatch, paid 200$ for my 95 sedan

Derek2000 03-07-2010 05:47 PM

from the sound of it, i'd offer 4000-5000.
Pictures would help.
I think you'd make more if you sold all of the aftermarket parts and sold it as stock.

i know i'm probably gonna get flamed for this, but i can't drive a stick. that's why i would by an auto.

You really don't have that extreme of a car that you would need to gut the parts you have on it. I would just make sure everything is "toned down" depending on who is buying and where you are selling it. The auto tranny will probably help resell it unless the person that is buying it is planning on building/ racing it.

side note - learn to drive stick. my friend bought a 1994 turbo eclipse and practically gave it away because he was too impatient to learn how to drive stick.
