hybrid question
 

my moms hybrid's ima light came on this morning and i had to jump her car in order for it to start. does anyone know a comon problem for hybrids doing this?

she sais it seems that the engin seems to be working alot harder or something but it doesnt make much sence to me.

help is greatly appresiated.
