Default I have a 1997 Honda civic ex having some problems

So i started my car one day abd the speedometer started being erratic and so did my transmission by the way is an automatic. I figured it was the speed sensor so i replaced it and for about a minute it was fine but then continued to do the same damn thing and i dont know what to do because i checked the fuse for the sensor its fine. I reset the codes then drove it then read it again and the only thing that popped up were the o2 sensor heater malfuntion and an electrical overload circjuit malfunction people i need some help. And by the way when i originally read the codes the o2 sensors popped up a code for vss range/ performance, p0700, electrical overload circuit malfunction and output speed sensor circuit malfunction

Check the wires on the back of the engine at the intake manifold bracket. This really can only be done from underneath the car. On 96-00 models (especially earlier ones) the wires get frayed and can blow fuse 15, and/or mess up the signals for the alternator, speed sensor, and oxygen sensors.

Possibly a failing gauge cluster or a loose ground for the cluster.
