Default i think my car is toast

well, i started up my 92 civic hb this morning....its like, 15C outside, and it didnt start, and when it did, it sounded like a harley....and it kinda shook alot....
this car is a real pain in the a$$.....is has the wrong ECU in it, it cant pass the e-test so i cant get plates, and now it fires on like, 2 cylinders[:@]

so i think i mite be leasing a brand new car but i cant decide which one....
i test drove a '07 civic dx yesterday, i was really nice but its hard to see where the front of the car is because it slopes down so much
then my dad test drove a mazda3 while i was at work.....
when i get my new car, i plan on putting rims on it, and maybe some subs in the trunk eventually
oh, and i'll be trading in my piece of crap when i lease my car

im thinking about leasing something japanese, like, mazda, honda, that kinda deal
but i need something that be cheap on insurance and low monthly payments
and hyundai/kia is out.....cuz i hate those cars

what do you guys think??

why not just fix the car youve got now. Get yourself a new engine, maybe even a DOHC. A b16 will run you about 2K with a hydro 5 speed tranny. Say youre going to get it professionally installed, thats a max of 1,000$. So for $3,000 you can give your honda lots more life, and its much easier to pay off 3,000 than a new car, or having to deal with payments. The new engine and tranny will have roughly 35,000 miles on them, definetly worth the money.

the engine in my car is pratically brand new.....83000 km on it....its just the computer thats messed....cuz it has the stock '92 dx computer in it, instead of the '00 b16 computer it should have....unless i can find a computer for cheap, i think i'll just get rid of it

oh, and my car finally started running good after it warmed up....so after like, 20 minutes of sitting in the sun with the hood up....i took it for a spin and all was good

so you want to buy a new car because you have the wrong ECU!??
ECU=MAYBE $200
New Car=At least $10,000.00

Im sorry, but thats.....kinda stupid
Maybe im missing somthing, but all your complaints seem to revolve around you having the wrong ECU, so who gives a s**t if a new ecu is some crazy figure like $500, its not 10k

no he said somthing about running on 2 cylinders, which is ECU or ignition complication, has nothing to do with his pistons. Either way, its whatever, your car, your money, you do whatever you want
