i believe it......my friend was showin me how great it handled and turned and slammed on the gas that thing threw me across the back leather seats like nothin and i am a big guy..

 

every 200 lbs of weight adds roughly .1 seconds to ETs. so three extra ppl= +.3, so a high 12 second car is now a low 13 second car. and on a motorcycle, a girlfriend will add maybe 125 lbs to a bike that runs low to mid 11s weighing in at 355 lbs+ say, 180lb driver, so what, 535? so the extra rider adds almost 25% to the weight of the bike, while three extra ppl in the car add like 15%. not to mention how much harder it is to race on a bike with a passenger. also, hes not saying that he would have hung with him w/o the passenger, its a totally different story having a passenger on a bike.

 

Well, I wont try to prove anything, cause I'm not that familiar with V8 mustang performance. V6 mustangs are so slow, that I was actually keeping up with one in my AE92 corolla. This actually made me think of mustangs as slow cars, but there's no way in hell, a stock B18 could beat a V8 stang, unless the driver was a total retard. Just my 2 cents.

 

Well, i really enjoyed reading this post and its replys and as now opened my eyes to further find out what my 1998 1.6 ESI Auto civic 3dr will do, just need a heap load of dosh to get started, at least i wont have V8 stangs to worry about over here in the UK.LOL. I found a turbo place that will do my ECU ( 13bhp gain ??) for 210 + vat for a single chip ecu or 245 + vat for a 2 chip ecu, i just need to find out what mine is.
