Your haggling is going to depend on exactly what Honda dealership you go to. Some Honda dealerships are full of the rudest, and cockiest people. They will treat you like your a little punk. They will not really haggle with you much. But others, are very nice, warm, and seem almost caring. They are the best to go to. If the internet says it should be 19,000, going with 18 seems reasonable. They are going to keep trying to get you up to 22, just fight till your in the 19's.
And as for your insurance, thats a pretty good price. I'm 22, and my State Farm wants almost 400 a month for me. Then again, I have a few tickets under my belt.

welp my insurance company said 200 a month on a 2dr si and 160 for a 4 door but as an update they only wanted to give me 4300 for my 2001 mustang gt and i laughed in their face but they would not come down off a new, used, 2dr, or 4dr si no matter what i said and instead of working their "MSRP" they kept coming back with 430$ payments when i repeatedly said 375 max for 60-72 months and i ended up walking away with my keys and basically telling them to shove it.....this dealership advertises msrp at 21900 for 2dr si but has a side stick for "first place finish" for 2000 extra saying it cover some sort of paint protectant, sunroof guard, and mud flaps (load of crap)

Because we love mudflaps on hondas. Wooo! You got one of the a-hole dealerships. Ya should try another one, if you have one near.
And - what I did to get my 05 dodge ram was bring one of my buddies. Hes 35, 350lb, and redneck as it gets. They listened to every word he said. I didn't even have to haggle. =P Took an hour to get an $19,500 truck, with $450 payment down to 16,250 @ 310 payments. =)
