Are you looking for stock carpet type or are you looking for like the rubber kind just so you don't get dirt on the carpet? If it's the rubber type buy some cheap ones from walmart.

figured id correct myself, this only applies to putting the pin into the floor to hold the mat, not a new mat itself, although my mat doesnt have a pin hole, ill have to see what they do for me when i go in tuesday, and i thought i was gonna get something for free -.-

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: ACCESSORY DRIVER-SIDE FLOOR MATS USED IN 1996-1998 HONDA CIVIC VEHICLES. DUE TO THE SHAPE OF THE FLOOR ON THESE VEHICLES, A MISPOSITIONED FLOOR MAT COULD INTERFERE WITH THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL.
Defect Consequence:
THE FLOOR MAT COULD PREVENT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL FROM RETURNING TO THE IDLE POSITION.
Remedy:

so im not sure how relevant this is, but if i am understanding correctly, this means anyone with stock floor mats and carpet in a 97 civic can get free new ones? i actually have this issue; the mat holds the clutch down and i cant engage into gears, scary sometimes... i guess this is only driver side tho...
