My 96 EX Auto For A 97 DX Stick? should i
Wat do you guys think... my ex has 160,000 Miles and The DX has 150,000 my car is red, but my paint sucks and i got hit n runned in my quarter panel a few weeks back, the dx is green with a black hood.....i can care less bout the power windows and what not... both cars run good no problems .... a fast reply would help ... my dad is against it because the power windows sunroof of mine but i wanna do the trade.... any opinions are greatly appreciated...

is there a reason why you would want to trade? is there something better from the dx compared to your ex? besides the paint and the quarter panel? what's in the dx that makes you really want to do the trade? btw, the craigslist post doesn't work

a manual is nice.... and to me the weak y7 has more power than my y8 with the manual tranny over the auto.LOL
its a close call... you dont realize how nice power windows are until ya dont have them anymore
but if you have some wiring skills you can always convert to power windows and locks... just no sunroof.
i like my dx for its cheapness and better milage.... but i also like my ex for all th epower options and sunroof. main thing i miss is the cruise control!!!!!!! the sunroof isnt so much of a loss. but i dont think i can just add cruise control without swaping out the whole wire harness and all the electronics for it... which is a bit ruff to do im sure....

Very true. Think long and hard about that. I had a 1993 Civic DX. I jumped into the purchase too fast, and thought I wouldn't care. Not having power anything really sucked, and was 1/4 of the reason I got rid of that car for my Del Sol. The other 3/4 reasons were it was/had a non-VTEC engine, a 4-door, and automatic transmission.
