Default My New Project Car

I haven't been on here for awhile so I thought I'd update everyone on my 89' Civic Hatch I picked up a month ago. When I got the car it was completle stock with a d15b2 4-Speed in it. Well since then I purchaced a JDM Body Kit that is in the process of being molded because of some imperfections in the fiber glass and not lining up right with the body of the car. I also picked up a set of cheap coilovers off my buddy for $20 there just ebay one's but i'm just looking to get the car lowered for now until I can afford a good suspension setup for the car. I also picked up a b18a1 motor and tranny to do a swap. I just ordered a rebuild kit for the motor so thats on its way. Thats all I really did to it for now I'll keep everyone updated and post up some pics as I go along with this project. I'll post the current pics I have now when I get home for school.

sounds good, should be pretty quick with that motor in it. How much did you get the motor and civic for?

I paid a total of $700 for the car and $200 for the motor and tranny. And I didn't put the coilovers on yet so I may just get rid of them and buy something better.

There we go buy something better . You will regret it if you get something cheap.
