Default Questions - Just bought a new-to-me Civic and it needs some minor work

Hey guys!

Last weekend I bought a 2002 Civic LX Sedan. It is mostly great but needs a few minor things and I wanted some advice.

The sun visor clip on the driver's side is broken. I think I have this problem nailed down. I believe the part I need is 88217-S01-A01ZA (Holder, Sun Visor). The question I have about this is how easy it is to DIY? It looks like it shouldn't be a problem but I thought I'd ask anyway.

The left to right airflow adjuster is broken on the air outlet to the left of the steering wheel. Here is an image of the parts in question. Should I just replace the whole outlet assembly (12) or is it fairly simple to just replace the part in question (13)? What is involved in doing either one?

Thanks very much guys!
