You could just sell the tires... what size are they exactly... if they're the stock 175/65/14's... SELL THEM!!! or use them for winter on steelies...

is a new grille easy to install, how to?

also my light has condensation in it, is it easy to take off and get it out...if so how?

Most of the time, they're fairly easy to install. Some of them have bad fitment though, so you should watch out for no-name brands that supply grills on eBay.

About your lights, I have no clue - Sorry.
