anybody know anything about the new civic si? whats good about it ? whats bad about it? I am thinking of upgrading from my 2004 canadian si /ex usa. Its a nice car but not fast enough for my heavy foot.

 

Wouldn't it be cheaper to modify the car you have now than to buy a new one?

 

Are you referring to the new Canadian SI/EX USA or are you talking about the American SI?

 

I am referring to to the 2009 civic si. The car I own is a 2004 ex/si. d17 v tec. The new si is around 27 grand and i think I can get 12 grand for mine. I saw two si/ex same year as mine for 13900. As you all know modifiying a 7th gen is a nightmare. 2004= 127 hp 2009= 200 hp. I am going to test drive the 09 this week to see if I even like it.

lol who in the hell would spend over $17k for a new civic? The 7th gen ex's look nice, just upgrade that. But if you're going to spend $30k on a car, why not get a used NSX or Viper lol.

or spend half of that to get a s2000, 350z, just something you will definitely enjoy more

hehe actually, there is nothing on that car I like =/ [EXTERIOR WISE] although I did see a red viper with white stripes in town a while back.... It lacked that huge spoiler and what not but dam it was clean...
