I do have the manual, have read it front to back several times.
No I haven't started yet, hoping my son would come for Easter and supervise.
Thanks for the warning about the bolts.

and when you tighten the bolts/nuts back down be very careful about that as well. I believe the torque spec is 7 lb-ft.
