yes use a torque wrench to tighten them all. the threads are the same strength going into the block. and if you break one of them they come out the same way with a drill and retracter bit.
my old Z6 motors pan had several of those nuts/bolt come out when i removed the pan.

any local hardware store will have the bolts ya need. just take a good bolt and match the thread and bolt length. just be sure you have the right thread size... easiest way to find the right thread is take a used bolt with you and find a nut that screws onto that bolt fully and then find the right thread size bolt and length. not to tuff. its not a special bolt at all.
